I have minimal amount of counter space and wanted to avoid another big item aka avoid having a huge/obnoxious fruit bowl so this basket thingy was perfect. I dont like my bananas getting squished by the metal so i place them on the top wooden area where the rest of my fruits and some veggies stay inside the basket. This is very sturdy and very easy to clean. No installation needed. The wood piece is removable which works great for versatility. The piece looks expensive and high end – a different type of modern look. The opening for grabbing items is big enough to move items around and take the fruit/veggies out. I simply love it!! Definitely worth the money!!!!!!!!!!

Package arrive on time. It was perfectly described. No chips or knicks in the wooden shelf. The perfect size for under my counter. It holds so much more than I thought it would. The wooden shelf is thick age very sturdy. I like how it’s easy to remove when i need to get into the basket. The basket itself is nice, well put together with no sharp edges. My mom noticed it on the counter and instantly wanted one to hold her kcups and have her coffee mugs, sugar and coffee stirring sticks conveniently located on top. Just ordered mom one this morning!

The wood on top was damaged in transit.. this cause the corners to look wrinkled.. and so it made me wonder if this was a wood look on a piece of plywood or something and not an actual sturdy piece of wood. Either way I was able to flip the top over and hide the damage. So the top seems like it’s not very durable. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of sending it back. that was disappointing.
With that being said… it does look really nice… the basket is a good size and the rest of it is very sturdy. I really like it, just wish it didn’t come damaged.

I thought the item was stupid expensive for what it was but I needed a bin with a lid that fit within a specific space size and this was it so I splurged. It is really pretty, it fits perfect, it does the job and it is really well made. So now that it is paid for I love it – lol

I purchased this item to sit on a bottom shelf (visual open shelf) and hold my potatoes with he ability to set a few heavy can goods on top of. This basket is well made heavy metal. A lot nicer than expected. The wood top fits nice and snug. I set two large containers of spaghetti sauce and 4 cans of pineapple on the lid. It is very sturdy and I have had several compliments on it. I would definitely buy again.

I love this so much, I ordered a second one. Typical fruit/veggie baskets irritate me for various reasons, but this one is everything I never knew a fruit/veggie basket could be. It’s very solid and stable, not top heavy, it’s roomy without taking up too much space, and the wooden lid gives it an attractive farmhouse chic look instead of being a wiry eyesore, plus the lid is another surface to put things on (I put bananas on the lid, so they don’t get bruised by heavier things in the basket itself) and could even be used as a serving tray or cutting board.

I’ve been using these for a few weeks now and appreciate how they look and how easy they make it to store non-refrigerated produce on my counter and still look tidy and clean the counters. The lids loft off very easily to load then but they’re not at risk of falling off if I don’t want them to and the baskets are nicely balanced. Overall, I’m glad I bought them!

I purchased this to replace a couple of baskets I was using for fruit, bread, Coffee bean bags, and other odds and ends that need a place to go. The baskets although cute took up a lot of counter space and didn’t feel very organized. I saw this and decided it was cute and might be a good replacement for at least 1 of the baskets. I was easily able to store the contents of both baskets in this and on top. It looks so much cleaner and neater and has freed up some counter space making the whole area just look nicer. The size is not too huge but not small either. The board on top is very nice and sturdy adding a nice spot to set a few items on top. So happy with this purchase and would highly recommend.
