This butter dish was purchased to replace a broken Butterie dish. I’m so glad that I found this one, here are the features that I love about it. First of all the price point is amazing at below $10. Secondly I love that it is a metal container and it is labeled. The lid has a seal that goes around it and the knife that fits inside of that lid is amazing as well. The knife offers a feature that makes it easier to get butter when the butter has not yet softened. It looks great on my countertop. I see that it comes in a multitude of colors as well to match any kitchen color. Very good purchase

Butterdish feels different today because it is a kinda throwback to a vintage era but very convenient. it is enamel with a board cover which can be used as a little bread board to butter bread or cut butter or cheese.

This butter dish is wonderful, it is a nice addition to your kitchen. Although I read some reviews before purchasing, the product I received is airtight and keeps the real butter at a spreadable temperature. Although there is no handle on the top, the lid is thick enough, 1/4”-3/8”, you can safely pick up the lid without your fingers ending up in butter and having to clean lid each time you use it. Washes and stores well, holds about 1/2# of butter.

This is a really nice butter dish. It’s enameled steel with a wooden cover and a nice butter knife to boot. It’s wide enough for 2 long sticks of butter or 2 1/4 lb. blocks. I’m impressed because this is such a nice piece, compared to comparably priced competitor products. Would definitely buy another if needed.
